Refund policy

Due to the consumable and personal-use nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, taste, or products that have been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error by Brown Monarch.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
